Junior is an international network of primary football schools present in 22 countries. We work using a unique training methodology developed in cooperation with experts from such clubs as Celtic, Valencia, and Sporting. The corporate university is continuously working on professional development of coaches with help of more than a thousand pages of methodology and two hundred hours of instructional videos. The mobile application provides real-time monitoring of student development using Sport Tracker digital analytics. Our network regularly arranges international tournaments. Partnership with leading Russian clubs gives our students the opportunity to build a career in football.
Training and professional development of our coaches is a priority for the Junior’s schools network evolution. We constantly work on maintaining high quality of teaching. The coaching staff training program is divided into 18 educational levels each requiring coaches to prepare thoroughly and get certified. The development and implementation of the training program was conducted by the practicing coaches of the highest rank and the employees of the Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health. The program is regularly updated by the leading Russian and foreign coaches, teachers and child psychologists.
